Sizing
What sizes do you do?
Most designs come in S–2XL, and some go bigger. You’ll see the sizes for each design on its product page.
How do they fit?
Our tees and hoodies are a relaxed unisex fit. Each product page has a size guide in centimetres.
I’m between sizes. Help!
Grab a tee you love, lay it flat, and measure straight across from armpit to armpit. Match that number to the size guide. For a comfier, oversized hug, go one size up.
Delivery
How long will my order take?
Everything’s printed just for you, which takes 3–5 working days. Then Royal Mail 48 Tracked usually delivers in 2–3 working days. So allow around 5–8 working days in total. It’s a bit longer at busy times like Christmas.
How much is delivery?
UK delivery is £3.99, and free on orders over £40.
Can I track it?
Yes. You’ll get an email with a tracking link when your order is on its way.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not yet – UK only for now. We’re working on it!
Returns and problems
Can I return something?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to tell us you’ve changed your mind, and then 14 days to send it back unworn. Full details are on our Delivery & Returns page.
My order arrived damaged or wrong.
Sorry about that! Email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo, and we’ll send a replacement or a refund – free of charge.
How printing works
Where are your clothes made?
Every order is printed to order by our partner in the UK, then posted straight to you. Printing on demand means we don’t make piles of stock that end up in landfill.
What kind of printing is it?
Direct-to-garment (DTG). Think of it like a giant inkjet printer for clothes. It gives bright, detailed colours using water-based, vegan-friendly inks, and it feels soft.
Can I send a gift?
Absolutely. Type your “Send a hug” message in the gift box at checkout, and pop in their address as the delivery address. We’ll include your message, and the packing slip won’t show the price.
Caring for your hug
How do I wash it?
- Turn it inside out
- Wash at 30°C with similar colours
- Skip the tumble dryer – hang it to dry
- Don’t iron directly on the print
- No bleach
Always check the care label too. Treat it kindly and it’ll keep hugging you for ages.
Everything else
Is it OK to actually go and hug people?
Only if they want one! Always ask first. Not everyone likes hugs, and a smile or a kind word is just as lovely.
